How long does it take to loss 65 lbs. A very long time if you don’t follow these simple rules.

  1. Don’t Give Up!
  2. Don’t Eat Junk Food!
  3. Exercise!
  4. Don’t Give Up!

And don’t forget the most important rule.

42. Don’t Panic

Actually there are no real rules to lose weight. Each person is different, each person’s metabolism is different, each person’s goals are different. My goal is not to gain muscle so much as to just lose weight. I need to eat less and work out. The first four months of this year, I just watched what I was eating. Looking at it now, to get to this goal, I need to exercise. If you are following my weight loss you need to understand you will have to find what works for you.

I especially love my rule 42. Don’t Panic. It’s true, take your time and go your own speed. You won’t start off right away and do P90X every day. I tried, that routine is horrible for an overweight man, that hasn’t worked up to that harsh routine.

Since living with my wife we have bought multiple DVDs for workout routines. There are many to choose from, buy a couple on the cheap and see what works for you. At this time I have not started the work out routine yet.

With that revelation can you guess what my weight is? You guessed right if you said it increased, 262.4 lbs.

Like I have said, this weight loss is about trying. And I have not tried hard enough. However seeing an increase this morning has made me want to definitely try hard for Friday’s weigh in. I am not panicking, yet. Let’s see where I go from here.
