Well the first week did not go well. I drank way to much pop, ate too much ice cream and due to stress I got McDonald’s. Overall though my weight stayed the same from Wednesday.
262.4 lbs
I also did not get a chance to work out at all. I was lazy this week. But with the weekend here now I can try and relax and buy some healthy foods and snacks for next week.
One of the things I learned from the beginning of this year is that moderation is key to losing weight just based on eating food and not exercising.
Goal for the weekend:
- Get a list started for the week on food that I need to eat.
- Officially set up a work out routine.
Those are pretty much simple goals. I would recommend that if someone is looking to lose weight start with those two goals this weekend. Afterward we will work together and gain more experience and loss whatever we want.
This weekend I am also looking forward to not being sick. Last weekend was tough.
Question for the audience.
- Are your goals to lose weight or to gain muscles?
- Any favorite way to workout?
- Any good healthy foods ideas?
Thank you all for continue reading this. As I work more I will be able to add recipes and workout routines and other ideas that I have in my head.
Hey, good luck on your journey 😊
My aim is to lose weight and get fitter, I don’t like exercise, but I’ve settled on a 7 minute easy cardio, 10 minute beginner steps followed by 15 minute strength training, not long into my journey (This time round 😁😆) so not seeing any great improvements yet. The guide I’ve set myself for food, lean meat, more fruit and veg, healthy snack bits, ie nuts and fruit, less sugar.
