Everyday is like Monday

Let push things forward… *looks both ways* did anyone get that reference? Naw? That’s okay, it will be tagged all over The Streets.

The weekend was not that bad overall. I grazed on a chicken finger sub for two days. I was active with the children and went on two family walks, played some soccer with the oldest (just passing it back and forth). We also went to the zoo and so we walked around and saw animals. It was active weekend.

I looked over all of my DVDs and decided not to do the 10 minute workouts. I felt like they were too short for what I want to do. The Insanity workout was also nixed due to being too difficult for my larger body right away. I was debated on the Biggest Loser workouts or the 21 Day Fix. I decided on the 21 Day Fix workouts. It comes with a specific days on what needs to be worked on plus some food ideas.

For the food, I have been planning my days out right now. I want to have one day just to be a vegan day. It should help my health and should help the environment *wink wink*. Now that Burger King is selling the Impossible Burger it might be a staple to me diet. *shrugs*

So tonight will be my first night of working out and as I said in the beginning I will need to be push things forward.
