Impossible Burger and Workout

On Monday I tried the Impossible Whopper. Talking about it will my vegan friends I just needed to try it.

I ordered it with out any mayo because it wouldn’t be vegan with the mayo. I tasted it, and it tasted like burger, unfortunately, it was a little dry. Maybe the mayo would have helped with that.

Monday night after the kids went to bed, I put in the DVD and put on Weezer’s Teal Album and worked out to the Total Cardio Max workout for the 21 Day Fix.

Warming up with okay, I stretched and I could feel my body needing it. The first workout routines were okay. However I didn’t want to strain myself, I felt my legs getting cramps. Today, maybe I should have done the 10 minute workout program first.

What I want everyone to know is, that first workout is going to drain you. Make sure you know what you are doing, do not over extend what you think you should be doing. Again, I should have done the 10 minute workout. With multiple tries of losing weight over the years I should have remember that day after feeling. Damn, my legs are tired AF.

I took my time and didn’t go all out on the training, but my legs were still sore. Humans do not use the muscles that Squats use on a daily basis. It’s Wednesday as I write this and I am still sore from Monday night. I was sore last night I didn’t even do the upper body workout I should have.

262.2 lbs.

Tonight no matter what I will be doing the upper body. That should help me out. *sweat beads down my forehead* Yea, that will help me out.
