The First Pound

Wow… I am excited for that first pound. It’s official now, I have lost some weight. I am on par with the start of the year of losing weight. That makes me excited.

Since Wednesday, I did not get to work out. My legs were still sore last night and I decided to rest instead of working out. Tonight is definitely the night to start at the upper body.

I spoke to someone this week at work, his wife is a coach for Beach Body. He said that coaches help with losing weight and he enjoys those shakes. I was not interested in getting a Beach Body coach just like not going to meetings for Weight Watchers. This is something I will have to think about as he said it costs no money for the coach.

Plans for this weekend, eat less Ice Cream. *maybe* But continue the first week’s work out until Monday and then start the 21 Day Fix program again. So tonight it’s Upper Body. If all goes well tomorrow will be Lower Body *gulp* then maybe Sunday will be Pilates or Abs.
